Who we are

Burchell Dental Laboratory ("we") is a dental laboratory at 13 Guillaume Ave, Bordeaux, Randburg, 2194, registered with the South African Dental Technicians Council (Lab Reg. No. LA0232, Practice No. 0930000022675). For any privacy query, contact burchelldental@gmail.com or call (011) 789 6383/4.

What we collect

• Enquiry details — the name, practice name, email address, phone number and message you submit through our contact form.
• Case (RX) details — practice and practitioner details, a patient reference, tooth numbers, material and shade instructions, notes, and any files or scans you attach.
• We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers or third-party profiling on this website.

Why we collect it

Information is used only to respond to your enquiry, and to manufacture, quote for and deliver the dental work prescribed by the referring practitioner. We do not sell or rent information, and we do not share it with third parties except where strictly necessary to deliver the work (for example a courier for collection and delivery) or where the law requires it.

Patient information

How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence and case records are kept only as long as needed for the work, for warranty and remake purposes, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations — after which they are deleted or securely destroyed.

How we protect it

• This website is served over an encrypted HTTPS connection.
• Forms include spam and automated-submission protection.
• Access to case records and correspondence is limited to the laboratory.
• Files and scans are stored on protected, access-controlled systems.

Your rights

Under POPIA you may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to how we use it. Contact us at burchelldental@gmail.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. You also have the right to complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.

Third-party content

Our contact page embeds a Google Map so you can find the laboratory. Google may set its own cookies when that map loads; please see Google's privacy policy for details. No other third-party content is embedded.
